11 May 2010 – I shot with Kids In Glass Houses about 3 months back when they were on tour supporting Lostprophets and have looked forward to shooting them live again and seeing them play their new material more.

Koko tonight was absolutely packed and the show went down super well. It’s been a while since I have heard a band with a live sound as big as these guys tonight. It just sounded perfect but that could just be from where I was standing. It’s good to “feel” music and I love that the band just does their thing while Aled runs around going off.

The pit was filled with photographers and the security were really stressing out resulting in me getting bumped and bashed a million times more than normal. For this reason I didn’t move too much from where I was standing. Anyway, these are a few of the shots I like most.

Setlist: Afterbreaker, Best is Yet to Come, Me, Lilli Rose, Youngblood, Good Boys, Undercover, Warning, Fisticuffs, Morning After, Haunts, Matters, Afterbreaker 2, Saturday, Sunshine

Your photos from last night are amazing! We were at the top and I was watching the photographers down the front (I can’t help it, when I’m not shooting a show I always end up watching lighting and photographers!) and thinking it was a tight squeeze. It seemed like it was fun to shoot though, with the fairy lights and all.
