Music Photography Blogs
For the last few years I have been extremely interested in the world of blogging, purely because I found the idea of having a platform to showcase what I do daily (not everyday) a really good motivator to keep on doing things and trying to push myself as a photographer. I have come a long way since then and have blogged about some really amazing projects that I have worked on as well as about some really funny / sad / great things that happened during those years. I have also met some incredible people along the way that I would never have been able to meet without the world of blogging. As “nerdy” as it may sound, technology really is amazing and for all these reasons I am going to keep on pushing myself to blog as often as I can.

I set this up in January 2009 shortly after arriving in London. We’d just arrived and were still settling in when I worked with Kris Roe (The Ataris). He’s a fellow photographer and all round nice guy and he really inspired me during our time together. I was so motivated and knew that I wanted to spend my time photographing the music industry. Read about music shoots that I’m commissioned for and my time with the artists involved.

This blog was started up in 2006 because I had my first exhibition that day and sold my 6 pieces for charity. They were personal pieces that I had shot in my own time and they made me think that people might be interested in my work. It’s been a few years and I have blogged about my work being published, people I have worked with, good times, traveling, my lifestyle, loss, gain, my gear, lighting setups and just general life.
