Steps – A Hundred Years of Winter
I recently worked on a music video for Steps for their new single “A Hundred Years of Winter”.
It was one of those classic production days … a winter-themed concept filmed right in the middle of a heatwave. It made things interesting but the I’m never scared of a challenge.
It was a very small, focused, crew of just three people but we all worked hard to keep things fast and efficient. My role on the shoot was cinematography and lighting, helping shape the look and feel of the video on set.
The brief we were given meant for pretty simple setups and all in all it was a really enjoyable shoot.
Looking for a music video director or cinematographer? If you’re planning a release and want something cinematic and visually driven that captures your artist identity, I’d love to hear about your project.
