Teaching Staff Portraits

I’ve had the pleasure of working with St Andrew’s Montessori for more than 15 years, so it was great to be invited back to photograph a new set of staff portraits as part of the school’s recent website and marketing refresh.

The aim of the shoot was to create a clean, consistent set of images that reflected the warmth and professionalism of the team while fitting seamlessly into the new branding.

The brief was simple: keep everything bright, natural and timeless. We chose a white background to create a clean look that would not only work across the new website and marketing materials but would also allow future staff members to be photographed in exactly the same style as the team grows.

Having that consistency makes a huge difference for schools and organisations that regularly update their staff profiles and communications.
